Fitness follow-up

I can't find the thread where everyone said they were trying to lose weight, so I'm cranking out a fresh one.
My goal was to get to 170 by the beginning of May, and so far I'm on track. I'm at 175 as of today, although I haven't had breakfast yet, so maybe make that 176. The secret of my success? Wine, cheese, red meat and salt. Oh, and taking my lunch to work. Riding the trainer for an hour three times each week doesn't hurt either.
How's everyone else doing?
