Anyone have one in decent working order that they are looking to part with for cheap? Shimano is preferable. Let me know please.
Thanks.

Try 'The Good Life'

The Good Life Community Bike Shop usually has spare parts available at quite reasonable prices. You should drop by their location in Eau Claire Market and see what you can figure out.
I know they have some

I looked recently - Deore for $15 to $20, but decided to buy one from my LBS - Deore for $60.
Rear derailleur

Good Life sells those parts? I've donated a ton of bike parts to Good Life thinking they would be given away free. Oh well, better recycled than trashed.
BTW, I'm not sure what shifters you're using but it may be that a 9sp or 10sp rear derailleur will work as well (notably not a pre-1997 Dura-Ace, however). For the most part Shimano has been consistent with the amount of cable pull for rear derailleurs. I have a compatibility chart somewhere...
By the bucketful!

They had a small bucket of used RD's (and buckets of other parts as well). I am gonna' give them a whole bunch of used parts soon, as well, I don't care if they sell them for a few bucks, somebody has to pay the rent!
Thanks all
