I just received my warranty 4.5Ah replacement battery from Magicshine, but had already bought an all-new lightset. I have not even used the new battery yet. So I would consider selling this MS lightset since I sure don't need 3 highpower LED lightsets (already have 2).
The light-head, cable, and charger have been used for ~2years. I put some duct-tape on all the connections to stop them pulling apart. The lightset has the 5 modes: high, medium, low, S-O-S blink mode, and freeze-frame (ie fast-blink). It is mainly appropriate for on-street riding and darker areas of the MUP (or when mountain biking) where high power is nice however you can turn it to a low setting and/or angle it downward. Definitely great for seeing those road potholes, debris, and stealth runners/riders .

Geoman is currently asking $90USD plus shipping, handling, customs, exchange, etc etc... so about $115 Cdn to your door.
If anyone is interested please PM me.

Hey Mr. Rich

I'll buy the replacement battery as my magichsine battery went kaput, and I'm unable to get a warranty replacement.
How do I PM you?

if you want to PM (ie Private Message) someone, you click on their "name", this takes you to their "about me" page. Along the top there are 3 tabs one of which is "contact". That works I believe (haven't used it).
That said, I'd prefer to sell it all together. I have enough old light parts at home and don't need more. So, it may be worth thinking about having an extra lighthead and recharger around (charger at home and at work).
That said, if anyone has any 6V batteries lying around and wants some FREE 6V incandescent lights let me know. Some 7.4V batteries can also have regulators to step down to 6V. These lights used to work on NiMH batteries (but the batteries are 95% kaput and need replacing). Great for a home DIY-inclined person. I think the lights are 1x10W, and 2 x 15W rated. Both 15W sets are the Planet Bike Alias model w/ control (high/low/flash, not the HID, only 1 control works but other may be good for connector parts) and in its day was considered "sweet". They're still in excellent condition. May also include few older red-rear-blinkies that have had their clips broken off, and NiMH battery charger(s). Basically I'd put all my older bike light stuff into a box and hand it over. It's either that or the stuff goes to the landfill. I work downtown but live in the NW so am reasonably accessible.
trade?

Looked for the PM option but didnt see it so will post here. I have a brand new, in the box, never used Looxie Camera that I paid $150 for this summer. Its the version 1 model, white. My first one broke so I swapped it at the store for a new one and havent bothered with it since. If you're game, I will trade with you.
Let me know.
