Now available, BikeCalgary spoke cards! Slip one (or two!) of these into your spokes and kill two birds with one stone: let people know you support BikeCalgary, and that your bike is
one less car. These are high-quality, two-sided cards that have been protected with heavy-weight 5mm laminate so they'll last for years in the rain and snow. Suggested usage: slip between spokes so that the
ONE LESS CAR message is on the left side, where it can be seen by other roadway users.
Here's how to order:
Prices above include postage within Canada. In order to buy on-line, you will need a PayPal account. Don't have one, or don't want to create one? You can also pick up your cards locally in Calgary. Call Stewart at 403 708 9262 to arrange pick-up.

Here's something a bit too wordy but it presents a less fanatical attitude.
"I love my car too, but not today."
Reminds me of a funny story I'd like to share.....

A car pulls up beside me at a light and the passenger rolls down his window and asks "Is your bike your primary means of transportation?"
I reply "I ride it to work pretty well every day."
He asks "Do you own a car?"
"I own three"
"Well that blows my theory all to h3ll...."
