I am new to Calgary and work downtown at 5th Ave. Place. I am wondering if anyone knows of any secure bike parking close by? I am interested in parkades that offer secure bike storage.
If anyone can offer suggestions I would appreciate it!

I park at Bankers Court [9Ave. and 2St. S.W.], a short walk to 5 Ave. Place [I used to work on 4 Ave. and it took me ~6 minutes to walk]. It is basically a big room with 24/7 keycard access that's in the underground parkade. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer, easy in/out and I've never seen it at more than 50% capacity. $150/year + GST via Standard Parking [their offices are in the loading depot level of Banker's Hall parking garage].
Indoor Bike Parking Available downtown

I'm moving office towers in downtown Calgary and so won't be needing my single bike parking spot (unassigned) as of Aug 27th'ish so it's up for sale. Location is inside the Canada Trust Tower parkade several levels down (#421 - 7th Ave SW, access right off 4th St) Cage has code access plus you can use your own lock. Storage is vertical-style (ie pin through front wheel). Unless you are employed within the building (ie tenant) there is no shower/locker area. New "owner" would accept all liability/risk/etc etc blah blah going forward. Nice having a warm seat and dry fully-functioning bike in those winter months.
I've been there nearly ~5yrs and never had an issue. Parking pass/zip-tie (required) is valid until end March 2013 (ie nearly 7months). Will sell for $50.
