Don’t like to ride on the road in the winter? Try the Park ‘n’ Ride lots!

The City of Calgary has a number of designated Park 'n' Ride lots in the city, with the specific intent of having people drive to the lots, park all day, and ride their bikes to their destination (typically downtown or in the central area). These lots have great access to pathways, which are cleared of snow through the winter. This is a great option for those with undesirable road segments on their usual cycle commuting route. Try it out this fall and winter! Extend your cycle commuting season while staying safe and comfortable.

We will have a keynote speaker present on the upcoming Winter Cycling Congress, tell you about what we've done over the last year, cover some board business (financials), and elect up to four new Board members.
