DESCRIPTION:Winter Bike Day is coming up on February 14th\, 2020. Fresh off the wheels of hosting the Winter Cycle Congress in 2019\, Calgary remains a fierce competitor of Winter Bike to Work Day. We are currently sitting in 3rd place in the world\, and would love to finish strong! Commit to ride your bike on February 14th and watch our social media as we will be posting updates.  \nLooking for some motivation to get out on two wheels for Winter Bike Day? Join Bike Calgary\, Cyclepalooza\, Alberta Bike Swap\, Reworks\, The City of Calgary Bike Program\, Ridley’s Cycle\, Open Streets Calgary\, Bike Bike\, Power In Motion and others on Friday\, February 14th\, 7am to 9am\, at Eau Claire Market to celebrate the joys of winter riding\, exchange tips and tricks with fellow winter riders\, grab some tasty treats and perhaps leave a Valentine for the bike infrastructure champions at Calgary City Council and the City of Calgary. \nScrambled eggs will be provided by Power In Motion\, Ridley’s Cycle will have Crave Cupcakes\, and the City of Calgary Bicycle Program is bringing hot beverages. Please bring your own mug if you can. \nDon’t forget to check out the Winterpalooza calendar for fun bike events happening February 13th – 17th. \n  \n
