To refresh the BikeCalgary Forum resurrecting the old favourite “how was your ride this week” thread.
Riding the Bow River Pathway today Northbound from Quarry Park to Ingelwood in the afternoon. Nearly a dozen southbound commuters. Everyone was pedalling hard and looking fit. Just a couple ice patches left under Deerfoot and the railway tracks. High of 1C but lovely riding weather. Spring approaches!
From SW (Palliser) to Downtown, pathways totally clear!
Wondering if anyone can report on the status of the Bow River pathway from downtown to Diamond Cove, and then Fish Creek from Diamond Cove to Woodbine? Are the pathways ready for my road bike or are they still snow/ice covered?
