Anyone aware of the current conditions of the weaselhead MUP around the west side of Glenmore reservoir? Looking to ride my road bike to the south and would like to go this way if it’s clear.

The pathway from the Elbow R. bridge to the pond has numerous sections with melting snow and ice. It is difficult to ride and maintain physical distancing. From the pond to the bottom of the hill on the south side, the pathway is pretty much completely coved with snow, water and some ice.

Thanks for the update! I came here specifically to see if anyone has been able to do the full Glenmore Reservoir Loop. As history has shown it’s usually by mid May once all the snow and ice has melted along some of the stretches on the west side.

I haven’t been back since I visited the Dam last week. Way too many people! The Weaselhead is my usual route to access rides south of Calgary from downtown, but now I’m just taking Elbow drive.
