Stolen Batavus front wheel

      front wheel for a Batavus city bike, taken in front of Cobs Kensington between 3 and 5 am on July 3. It has a unique spoke pattern and internal brake. Where do these change hands?

        btw, there was a very nice front wheel at the Active pawn shop on 17th ave. Disc brake, but I didn’t note any other details, just that it wasn’t mine.
