The Cyklistforbundet has a skole cyklings haandbog. My Danish is too rusty to get an easy read on it. Does anyone know of an English translation? And, do we have any form of a handbook around these parts?

Good to hear you found the Google Translate function. I tried it and the results are reasonably good. Just the odd word or phrase, but very understandable overall.
